We cover the gamut, sourcing and placing talent from entry-level sales to senior sales leadership. The annual salary range we recruit for is typically between $50,000 – $250,000. We fill sales positions that are selling Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), Small to Medium Business (SMBs), and Enterprise Clients. The roles include Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Leadership, Customer Service and Support, and Sales Support and Admin.

It depends on the role. In most cases, our goal is to have candidates in front of you within 5 – 7 working days. In some cases, a highly specialized search may take longer. Once we better understand your requirements, we can provide a more accurate time frame.

In cases where you know others who are Top Talent in your industry, we reach out to them directly, whereas you may feel uncomfortable doing the same when self-recruiting.

Candidate Vetting – People in sales may be excellent talkers and storytellers and can be charismatic, but that doesn’t mean they are Top Sales Talent. Our value is in our methodology to identify those Top Performers within the candidate pool. In addition to our AI support technologies, we have candidates perform Aptitude, Personality, and Skills testing. We interview extensively and face-to-face. We do reference, job history,  and criminal background checks. This entire process does take time, but it’s worth it. We also ask questions many an employer would feel uncomfortable asking themselves.

Reduces the Burden – Many companies lack the time, internal infrastructure, or comfort with their capacity to spot Top Sales Talent. However, hiring Top Sales Talent, as opposed to those who are merely average or subpar, has a direct and significant impact on your bottom line. Our methodology and dedicated Talent Scouts take the burden off your shoulders and only deliver candidates whom we believe will make a positive impact on your business.

Saves Time – We know where to look for Top Sales Talent and who to talk to. We may even have your ideal candidate already in our database and fully vetted.

Performance Guarantee – We provide time-limited performance guarantees where we will find you a new candidate at no additional cost.

Pricing Model We have two engagement options, a 45-day exclusive and non-exclusive. 

Fees for the 45-day exclusive are 18% of the base salary or guaranteed first-year income. Fees for the non-exclusive are 20% of the base salary or guaranteed first-year income.

Both options include a three-month replacement guarantee if the candidate leaves or is terminated for any reason.

Client Relationship – We work closely with you to fully understand your business. If we come across an ideal candidate, we will let you know, even if you are not actively hiring for the role.

Example based on a $50,000 base salary. 

45-day exclusive $50,000 x 18% = $9000

Non-exclusive $50,000 x 20% = $10,000

Fees are payable on the Candidate’s official start date. 

Yes. When you choose a 45-day exclusive plan, we charge a 3% breakup fee based on the first year’s salary if you hire someone through other means. After 45 days, if we cannot find a suitable candidate, we will continue the search with no breakup fee.

The short answer is that it gives us data-driven tools that automate and speed up identifying Top Sales Talent for specific roles. Each company has different Sales Talent requirements based on their industry, the product they sell, and the company’s culture.

Leveraging our proprietary algorithms and Artificial Intelligence technology, we discover ideal candidates while continuously refining our algorithms over time. This ongoing process enables us to consistently improve our ability to quickly and accurately identify the best talent based on our clients’ unique requirements.

Our AI Technology helps us accelerate the process, but we believe that interviews and extensive background checks are equally important.

Finding Top Sales Talent is challenging. Top performers are often employed and not looking, and recruiting through a job board can be “hit or miss.” Not to say we don’t use job boards. We do. But we also take it much, much further. We reach out directly to Sales Talent who are currently employed but may be an ideal candidate. We also regularly network with people in the sales industry, from Sales Trainers to those involved in Sales Seminars and Sales Events.

Most important is our internal database of local, already vetted Top Sales Talent. It’s all about building relationships and trust, and we’ve put in the time. Many of these candidates are not looking, but trust us to reach out when we have an opportunity that may be ideal for them.

At the clients request, we perform a criminal background check and past employer reference checks included in our fees. For reference checks, we use a 3rd party to eliminate any bias.

No. If we find and place a candidate with a client, we will not contact that Candidate with another opportunity from a different employer.

Our recruiting methodology and interview process are sales-specific, and we put our candidates through a series of sales assessment tests to identify top sales talent.

Just Sales Jobs uses a unique and systematic methodology that assesses and rates candidates on specific selling skills, alignment to client requirements, and intangibles. This process ensures we present top candidates who have exceptional selling skills and are a great fit for the role and your company.

Our primary source of top sales talent is our established network of tens of thousands of local sales professionals in our database. Our sales recruitment team also finds candidates through advertising, direct outreach, digital and social marketing, and referrals.

All candidates complete face-to-face interviews and sales assessment tests. The results are combined to systematically rate each Candidate not only on their selling skills and sales management abilities but also on how closely they align with your company’s culture and the specific requirements of the role.

If the original candidate that is hired leaves for any reason within the first three months, we will work with you to find a replacement candidate at no additional cost to you. It is important to note that our replacement guarantee includes a single replacement for the initially hired candidate only.

Yes. Each additional month is an extra 1.5% on top of our standard engagement fees. 

We don’t offer a volume discount, but we do provide a yearly rebate program. If you hire five to nine candidates within a 12-month period, you will earn a 5% rebate. If you hire ten or more candidates within a 12-month period, you will earn a 10% rebate. The 12-month period starts upon signing the engagement agreements, and rebate payments are paid based on the number of invoices paid in full within the 12 months.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for pre-paid engagement fees. The pre-paid fees are non-refundable with no time limitation on their use. 


Clients ask this question often, but unfortunately, we don’t. A key to our success is our hyper-focus on a specific geographic area, our deep understanding of market nuances, and our ability to build relationships with top sales talent in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Metro Vancouver (GVRD).
