Our Career Start Program ™ helps connect those looking to start their sales career with employers open to hiring, training, and coaching those looking to enter the workforce with little or no sales experience.

Simple to Join

The program is open to all newcomers in the workforce seeking full-time sales opportunities. To apply, upload your resume, complete an online questionnaire and sales aptitude assessment, and introduce yourself through a video interview.

Sales Opportunities

Based on your sales profile, our recruiters identify potential employers that may be an ideal fit and share your information with them. They will contact you directly to schedule an interview if they also see a possible match.

There are no fees or hidden costs for candidates to join our Career Start Program. Employers cover our expenses through their subscription to our service.
